Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something's not quite right with your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of ship date. Shipping costs incurred on the original order will not be refunded. The return amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• All returned items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed and have tags still attached
• Exchanges and returns for US-based orders are free
• For non-US orders, we will refund your original form of payment minus the outbound shipping costs 
• Clearance and Sample Sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned
• Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash
• Dessous Loungewear reserves the right to deny returns and exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps: 

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request a return and indicate which products you would like to return or exchange
2. Please utilize the reusable poly mailer in which the item was shipped to you when returning it to us
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by mail
4. Send all items you wish to return back to us using the shipping label provided

EXCHANGES

• We offer one free exchange for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 30 days of the original ship date
• International orders are not eligible for exchange
• Please email us at hello@dessousloungewear.com and we will assist you with the exchange
